Shipping Policy

Madam Rain Soap and Cosmetics uses UPS or USPS Priority mail to ship orders to customers in 35 continental states of the United States only, listed below. At this time we do not export any product or services outside of the continental United States. Standard shipping rates apply to all packages. Orders are shipped within 2 to 4 days from receipt of payment. Your order should arrive within 5 to 7 business days from receipt of payment. Madam Rain Soap and Cosmetics are available to ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Vermont.

Local pick-up can be arranged by contacting us by email prior to making the purchase.

Sales taxes are applied at the time of checkout.

Madam Rain Soaps and Cosmetics takes pride in our products so that our customers can buy with confidence. We want you to have a pleasant purchasing experience, and your satisfaction is a priority. We strongly believe that you will love the products as much as we do. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know and we will be happy to work with you. All ingredients are listed for each product on the product pages. Madam Rain Soaps and Cosmetics is not responsible for any allergic reaction to any ingredient. Persons with skin sensitivities to any ingredient in any product should not use or buy products from us. Discontinue use of any product if you find that you have a sensitivity to that product.

Our products are created under strict hygiene conditions, and returned products can not be restocked or resold. For safety and hygiene reasons skin care and soap merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept opened package returns. Any return must be in its original condition and unopened package.

We know that it can be difficult to order new skin care products online. To assist our customers we offer our lotions, lip balms, and glycerin soaps in sample or trial sizes so that you can try them. You are welcome to email us at the time of your purchase to request specific samples. Or, let us know if there is a product that you would like to try before you buy. Shipping rates apply to sample sizes. One sample per product per customer.
